05.00pm: Transit to Novotel Centrum Ghent
Optional: Barbecue and prize award
ceremony.
This is
a casual and friendly affair, not like the customary "gala
dinner", although expect plenty of speeches! Payment for
the barbecue and award ceremony is due on the day, but the organizers
need to know how many people will attend at least one month before
the event. You will be contacted before that time for your decision.

09.30am: Transit to the exhibition at Ginkgo Bonsai Center
04.00pm: Transit to Novotel Centrum Ghent
If you would
like to spend more time in Ghent and go to the exhibition later
or return earlier, there is a constant stream of taxis which
charge roughly $15 for a one-way journey.
