All sales are final. Replacements only will be offered where goods are shown to be faulty before dispatch. Goods shipped via UPS OR USPS are expertly packed and are fully insured. Any claim for damage in transit must be made within seven days of receipt and accompanied by the damaged goods and all the original packing.
